Turn key Brick-Lined Towers

KOCH Knight can provide steel shells and line towers in the field or line towers in their East Canton, Ohio shops. KOCH Knight has shipped shop-lined towers to Asia, South America and Australia. Compressive brick-laying procedures and shipping supports eliminate any damage to brick linings during shipping.

Available products include:  Liquid distributors, Packing supports, Hold-Down plates, and  Redistributors.  These products are in KnightWare® Chemical  Stoneware as complete units or modular components

Random Packing - FLEXISADDLE®
Ceramic FLEXISADDLE®  random dump packing is available in various sizes.  The sizes currently available are:  3/4-inch, 1 1/2-inch, 2-inch, and 3-inch.  Specific Pressure Drop and Capacity Curves are available upon request.

Structured Packing-FLEXERAMIC®
FLEXERAMIC structured ceramic packing is an advanced development  in ceramic tower packing that provideds higher capacity, lower presswure drop, and better   efficiency.  It also offers excellent radial distribution and wettability  It is available in three types for use by processors in the most hightly corrosive environments.

Acid Proof Lining Systems
The brick used in our lining systems meets ASTM specification C-279 for acid proof masonry.  Our PYROFLEX® sheet lining is thermoplastic, flexible, non-porous, and non-aging.
