ScrubPac™ VentClean System
Bionomic Industries' exclusive VentClean Scrubber is specifically designed to scrub storage tank and railcar vent emissions caused by breathing and filling operations, and is the latest edition to our enormously successful ScrubPac™ family of “packaged” scrubber systems. Due to its unique design, the versatile VentClean can handle single as well as multiple sources with large variations in venting rates with equally high removal efficiency.

ScrubPac™ ProClean Type CT Tower Scrubber System
Bionomic Industries latest breakthrough scrubber system concept takes the industry-leading ScrubPac product line to the next design level through introduction of the streamlined ProClean Type CT Scrubber System. A fully self-contained compact packed tower scrubbing system that offers extremely high performance, the ProClean Type CT requires minimal field labor to install and dramatically reduces erection time and related costs. Available in two configurations to handle gas streams from 500 to 25,000 cfm, the ProClean Type CT removes water soluble gaseous contaminants at efficiencies needed to meet the most stringent EPA and state pollution control requirements.

Bionomic RotaBed™ Fluidized Bed Scrubber System for Ultra High Efficiency Gas Absorption and Particulate Removal
The Bionomic RotaBed™ Gas Scrubber (patented) represents a major technological breakthrough designed to provide ultra high efficiency gas absorption or particulate removal.

The key to the RotaBed's superior performance is a unique, swirl-induced Coriolis effect created in the scrubber's turbulent, high mass transfer bed. This effect provides superior stability and turndown capability over less advanced designs.

Combined with a "packless", highly plug-resistant grid cross section that is 99% open in the fluidized contact/scrubbing zone, the RotaBed delivers exceptionally high gas throughput capacity (4-6 times greater than packed towers or tray scrubbers) that results in maximum scrubbing efficiency at lower cost.

Series 5000 Counter-Current Packed Tower Systems
Series 5000 Countercurrent Packed Tower Systems are available for gas flow rates from 100 to 300,000 acfm. This series scrubber provides high removal efficiencies over 99.9% on gaseous contaminates at low pressure drop, and are designed to accept a wide range of packings, mist eliminators, and gas scrubbing liquid distribution systems to precisely meet your gas absorption application requirements.

Series 6500 Ejector Jet Venturi Scrubber Systems
Series 6500 Ejector Jet Venturi Scrubber Systems are used for low gas flow solid particulate removal and gas absorption conditions, provide almost infinite turndown capability and create their own draft to eliminate the need for a fan on most applications.

HEI™ (High Energy Ionizer) Wet Electrostatic Precipitator System
The Bionomic HEI™ Wet Electrostatic Precipitator System represents a major breakthrough in the advancement of state-of-the-art fine particulate control. Centered around precipitator hardware improvements that deliver high reliability and outstanding collection performance, the HEI WESP System incorporates a unique discharge electrode technology that can be sized to specific applications.

Series 5000 Crossflow Scrubber Systems
Series 5500 Crossflow Scrubber Systems are available for gas flow rates from 1,000 to 50,000 acfm, provide high removal efficiency on gaseous contaminants at low pressure drop, and feature a compact design for situations where building codes limit height of rooftop structures or lower absorption efficiencies are acceptable. They are designed to accommodate a wide range of packings, mist eliminators and scrubbing liquid distribution systems to meet a full range of gas absorption requirements.

Series 7000/8000 Gas Atomized Venturi Scrubber Systems
Series 7000/8000 Gas Atomized Venturi Scrubber Systems are available to handle capacities from 500 to 460,000 acfm and feature fully open pipe header scrubbing liquid distributors for plug free operation. These units employ fixed or adjustable throat sections, and offer extremely high collection efficiencies.

Series 6000 Tray Scrubber Systems
Series 6000 Tray Scrubber Systems are available for gas flow rates from 1,000 to 150,000 acfm and utilize sieve, valve or bubble cap trays instead of packing to achieve high efficiency gas absorption with extremely low liquid throughput. These scrubber systems have less tendency to foul than countercurrent packed towers due to large diameter tray openings and achieve higher removal efficiency on micron-sized solid particulates than packed towers.

Series 9000 Mist/Preformed Spray Scrubber Systems
Series 9000 Mist/Preformed Spray Scrubber Systems are available in sizes from 1,000 to 75,000 acfm, consume less energy than a venturi scrubber for removal of solid particulates in the 1 to 5 micron range, and are widely used for simultaneous removal of solid particulate and gaseous pollutants. Collection efficiency of the scrubber is increased or decreased by adjusting the nozzle spray pressure and a specially designed involute section eliminates any bypass of untreated gas past the spray zone.

Dry and Dry/Wet Combination Scrubber Systems
Dry and Dry/Wet Combination Scrubber Systems are available for gas flows from 160 through 75,000 acfm, provide particulate collection efficiencies between 98 and 99.9% on most applications, and are normally used for scrubbing fine particulate with acid gases.

BIONOxSOLVERsm NOx Scrubbing Solution
BIONOxSOLVER is the first major breakthrough process NOx control chemistry to greatly simplify wet scrubbing system operation and dramatically reduce costs. This special proprietary formulation of powerful nitrogen dioxide reducing agents can achieve over 33% greater removal efficiency with one simple chemical addition and does away with multiple separate chemical reagents, storage tanks, and complex feed systems along with the associated high costs.
